Trong chuỗi hoạt động bảo trì – nâng cấp hệ thống đường ống, Công ty Cổ phần Quốc tế Nghi Sơn đã triển khai thi công tổ hợp ống áp lực tại độ cao trên 10m trong điều kiện không gian hạn chế và yêu cầu kỹ thuật cao.
Hạng mục công việc bao gồm:

Cẩu, di chuyển và định vị đường ống cấp liệu kích thước lớn

Lắp đặt van và hệ thống bích kết nối

Siết bu lông theo mô-men lực đúng quy chuẩn kỹ thuật

Vệ sinh – kiểm tra đường ống trước khi đưa vào vận hành
Đội ngũ công nhân kỹ thuật được trang bị đầy đủ PPE (trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân), thi công trong điều kiện gian giáo an toàn, dưới sự giám sát của kỹ sư hiện trường.
An toàn – Chính xác – Đồng bộ là ba yếu tố then chốt giúp công trình duy trì tiến độ mà vẫn đảm bảo yêu cầu khắt khe về chất lượng kỹ thuật.
Những khoảnh khắc ghi lại từ công trường là minh chứng rõ nét cho năng lực thi công cơ khí – lắp đặt công nghiệp chuyên sâu của Nghi Sơn JSC.
